Deepak Chahar has joined Mumbai Indians for a whopping Rs 9.25 crore after an intense bidding war at the IPL 2025 mega auction. Mumbai outbid Punjab Kings and Chennai Super Kings to secure the experienced pacer, who previously played for CSK, Rajasthan Royals, and Rising Pune Supergiant. Chahar, who entered the auction with a base price of Rs 2 crore, has been a key player for Chennai Super Kings since 2018.
