Zomato chief executive Deepinder Goyal on Monday unveiled Nugget, an artificial intelligence (AI)-backed customer support platform, which powers its food delivery business, quick commerce vertical Blinkit and Hyperpure.”Nugget helps businesses scale support effortlessly—highly customizable, low-cost, no dev team needed.
