Smilax Industries has informed that Mr. P. Sivamohan Reddy and Mr. C. Bapanaiah ceased to be the Directors and Ms. Nidhi Darshan Shah has been co-opted as Additional Director w.e.f. March 31, 2015, by the Board of Directors of the Company.
