Sagar Tourist Resorts has informed that Dr. Amla A. Samanta has been appointed as an Additional Director to be considered as Non-Executive (Independent) Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. from March 31, 2015 to comply with the provisions of mandatory appointment of Woman Director under Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
