Gulshan Polyols has informed that committee for allotment of shares of the Company at their meeting held on December 5, 2015 has allotted 1,60,000 equity shares of the company upon conversion of 1,60,000 warrants out of total issued 5,00,000 convertible warrants to Antara India Evergreen Fund.
