Bollywood gossip on who’s dating who has been a hot topic for ages, and that’s one trend that never refuses to die down.

Recently in conversation with Mashable India, Kalki Koechlin spoke about the time when news tabloids started talking about her rumoured affair with Farhan Akhtar.

Recalling the humourous incident that followed, she shared how Farhan gave his own twist to it.

She said, “So one day, Farhan called me and said, ‘Listen, before we move in together, we should at least agree on the colour of the walls no?”

Known for his sense of humour, it was indeed funny how the actors reacted to it.

Koechlin further mentioned that one should not take these headlines seriously at all as it’s all half-baked truth.

Kalki and Farhan have worked together before in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. The actress played the role of Abhay Deol’s fiance in the film.

The film was also co-produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, under their production house Excel Entertainment.

As for their relationships, Kalki was married to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap but they parted ways 2 years later. She’s now happily married to an Israeli musician called Guy Hershberg and has a daughter named Sappho.

Akhtar on the other hand, married the love of his life Shibani Dandekar in 2022. He was earlier married to hairstylist Adhuna Bhabani. They have two daughters named Akira and Shakya.

On the work front, Kalki is currently busy with her upcoming projects namely Nesippaya, Emma and Angel, and Scholarship which is in production.
