BLB has submitted a copy of the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information formulated pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on April 30, 2015.
