Neptune Exports has board meeting held on March 31, 2015, has appointed Mrs. Premlata Agarwal as an Additional Director on the Board with effect from March 31, 2015. The above appointment has been made pursuant to Clause 49(II)(A)(1) of the Listing Agreements and Section 149(1} of the Companies Act, 2013.
