Shivagrico Implements in its meeting held on March 31, 2015, has appointed Mr. Manju Singhvi as an additional Director (women director) of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015 and accepted the resignation of Mr. Narpatmal Sanghvi from the Office of the Director of the Company.
