Sun TV Network in its meeting held on April 30, 2015, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each (i.e. 120%) for the financial year 2015-16. The Interim Dividend has been declared out of the surplus standing to the credit of the Profit and Loss Account as on March 31, 2014.
