Tea Time at its meeting held on March 31, 2015 has appointed Mrs. Premlata Agarwal as an Additional Director on the Board with effect from said date. The above appointment has been made pursuant to Clause 49(II)(A)(1) of the Listing Agreements and Section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
