Consensus is eluding Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) over drafting a seat-sharing formula for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections after Congress staked claim to three out of the total six seats in Mumbai, while Shiv Sena (UBT) rejected the proposal, saying it was willing to part with only one.
