The child, bearing scars on the neck, stomach, and other body parts, was taken to a hospital when his condition worsened earlier this month. Currently receiving treatment at the Government Medical College and Hospital in Shahdol, the infant is in stable condition. Authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident.
