Two Congress leaders, Sanjay Nirupam in Maharashtra and Ashok Tanwar in Haryana, openly spoke against the party’s ticket distribution for the coming assembly polls.

While Sanjay Nirupam announced that he will not campaign for the party in the elections, Ashok Tanwar accused the party of ignoring the interests of the grassroots workers who had worked tirelessly in the last 5 years.
