Andhra Pradesh’s Suraj Krishna Bhogi was declared the topper, K V Hemant Kumar Chodipilli, also from the same state, stood second and Parth Laturia from Maharashtra’s Nanded, who had gone to Kota to prepare for the exam, came third.
