Jharkhand Police on Wednesday arrested Seema Patra, the suspended BJP functionary and wife of a former IAS officer, for allegedly torturing her adivasi domestic help Sunita Kumari. Seema’s son, disturbed by the torture, had reportedly shared the videos with his friend, an officer of the personnel & administrative reforms department of Jharkhand government, who went to police.
