In a twist in the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scam case, the Enforcement Directorate said one of its key witnesses, K K Khosla, who was feared dead, had resurfaced and could testify for the agency soon. Appearing before special CBI judge Arvind Kumar, special prosecutors D P Singh and NK Matta said the agency may have Khosla soon.
