Popular YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani appeared before the Guwahati Police Crime Branch on Thursday for questioning in connection with an obscenity case linked to the YouTube show India’s Got Latent. Following his questioning, Chanchlani’s legal team has filed a petition requesting either the dismissal of the FIR or its transfer to Mumbai, where he resides and operates his YouTube channel. The petition also challenges the jurisdiction of Guwahati Police in the case.
